Head-Operations
Aadya is the youngest Trustee of Samarth India Foundation and brings to the table her passion for the vision and mission of the organisation. She has a degree in B.A. English Honors from Ashoka University.
Since her school days Aadya has worked with community focussed initiatives to drive change in the fields of education and empowerment. During her time at Ashoka, she was an actor in a Nukkad Natak that created awareness about various social issues.
Aadya taught English to the young children from the Rai Village as part of Neev, the community engagement Club of the University. She was also a core member of the animal welfare club and aas involved in the rescue and care of many stray dogs. During COVID-19, she started her own local group called Pawrriors to help the strays in their area.
She has done courses in Development Studies and Social Entrepreneurship to build a solid foundation and continues to work towards creating a better world.
Aadya is currently pursuing MBA while working on a project on Social and Emotional Learning.
She has founded a Soft Skills club called EQuip to help her fellow students develop themselves as individuals.
